For all the talk of deducing a trend here, CIC appears to be consulting tea leaves and goat entrails to decide when to send PPR letters! :

Whether on this forum or not, what's important is that her ecas changed into process on the 19th like everyone else.

That gives us hope i believe.

Besides we didn't all change together at thesame time on that day, it would have been one after the other.

Will it be safe to say that CIC will switch from Inlanders to outlanders now? Since, YamPower's friend got the PPR and that she is a FSW outlander? It is about tiime!

It may but you never know. Personally, CIC is facing a lot of flak because cases in visa offices outside Canada are being processed much faster as compared to those in Canada. I personally met our area MP to let him know this matter and I believe many in Canada are doing the same.

My friend says that her timeline is very similar to mine. I don't how her personally. We all got the June 19 update early that morning

None of the inlanders has shared his/her PPR news today. I just hope its a sign of CIC taking up FSW outlanders' applications once again.

I'm in Canada, but haven't gotten any updates recently. The last actual change I got was my medical was passed on May 28th as well as my bg changed to "in progress." I then got a ghost email saying there was an update on May 31st, but nothing actually changed.
So far, no additional documents have been requested. Just nothing scince End of May.

Hello Guys!

Today Morning I got a letter from CIC. I think it is PPR.

The letter says..

Dear XXXXX XXX,
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. The following is required to complete your application and for CPC-Ottawa to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5688) and permanent residence visa (if a visa is required).
Passport(s), Photos and bio data request



CEC inside Canada

Feb 7: ITA
Apr 1: App submitted
Apr 7: AOR
Apr 20: Add Doc request(Celpip)
Apr 20: Add Doc submitted
Apr 20: Medical passed
Apr 20: BG in progress
Jul 14: PPR

my ECAS is still "App recieved"

I am worrying so much because after Apr 20 there have been no update even no ghost email either. It happened suddenly today morning!

I'm pretty sure those have more logic behind them than how there doling out PPR at the minute...
