Canada is not a country that keeps track of where its residents are or live at all times. Once you have PR you are free to move anywhere you like within Canada, and free to use any address you want for any legal purpose.D123 said:In the mean time, can i start working in Montrea ? i will keep my friends address - toronto for PR card.

That is horrifying. If not even your medicals are in place, I would not wait until the end of October, but would withdraw the application, enter the pool, and submit again when I got an ITA. It would probably go faster than waiting another two months before they will even look for it.mojo said:So I called CIC on Friday. I think they pick the most ********* Canadians to work at CIC call center. the guy was not help at all. in addition , he was Quebecois ( worst ever ) I was selected by Quebec but I refused to apply because they are racist to everyone , they are even racist to french nationals lol . bottom of the story don't call CIC , and don't plan on living in Quebec ( My Own Opinion - I am sure you have yours )
Any way I think I have to wait for the six month and complain . my file is lost some where .
I am stuck in Elegibility review for the past 4 months and one week .
All the best to all of u guys, Congrats to those who are finalizing there applications and preparing for their landing.
For people like me ( if we they do exist ) - keep bugging CIC call center agents for fun lol ( they aren't doing anything anyway ).
Withdrawing is scary ! , I have called before and all they said that I do have an application.dobes said:That is horrifying.
