Good day everyone,

Please, is the Program Analyst responsible for passing eligibility?

If 'NO', please what is his function?

Thank you.

@legalfalcon Please assist. Thank you.

Program analysts and assistance work under the officer to review applications and enter the details. However, the final decision is made by an officer.

@legalfalcon Sir , Can you please advise .

Apparently I did up-front meds in September and informed ircc via web form. Then in October received Medical requests to which I again clarified via web form attaching med reports that were done just a week before receiving requests. Since then , Multiple web forms and technical queries have been raised but there's only generic replies that I get. My GC key account says " We haven't received the results of your medical examination " . I double checked with the panel physicians if they uploaded it on time and they acknowledged the same. It's November now and they still haven't updated anything in my GC key account.
Its been more than a month with no updates. Is there anything else that could be done to resolve this issue ? Thanks

After you submit any documents, give it 6-10 weeks for them to be processed.

Also, the remed request that you received did it give an IME number or just simply asked for a remed.

Sir , ircc did give me an official medical request with pre filled IME number.

Whereas my upfront medical has a different IME number.

You have two options now.

1. Call your panel physician and ask him to attach your most recent medicals to the IME that was provided to you by IRCC, this is by far the fastest and easiest.

2. Keep contacting IRCC and give them the new IME number and ask them to add it to your file or attach it to the IME number. Can take time.

Noted. Thank you very much.

@legalfalcon it would be really appreciated if you could help me to understand the meaning about criminality in the notes.

I have ordered three notes, first two from ircc, one in Jan 2021 and one in march 2021. The latest note is from csba, order in oct. my AOR is nov 2020.

My question is, in the first two notes, my status of criminality and info sharing was in progress. But the most recent one, it says my criminality is “not started” .The information was updated in May 2021 and bio was passed in dec 2020. Besides, info sharing is in progress and security is not started, med passed and expired.

can I consider this is a kind of progress?
For me it seems that everything goes back to last December…so frustrating

Criminality is only valid for one year .. after this, IRCC must reassess your criminality. Looks like this is what’s happening with your application. Good luck!

thanks for your reply, but my documents was issued in around September,2020, I don’t understand why it turns into “not started ”…

More about criminality at https://bit.ly/36ydtbt If your eligibility is passed that's really the most important thing. There are processing delays affecting many.

Criminality is based on two factors, PCCs and the biometric screening from RCMP. Only when both these are done will the criminality be passed. PCCs are evaluated early in the processing and you will see criminality in progress whereas biometrics take time to be processed and the criminality status may go back to not started and then in progress and finally passed.

See https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...nitiatives/biometrics/process-steps-2018.html

Info sharing is a part of security screening. see https://bit.ly/3cgqNDL

IRCC has been facing issues with delays. However, eventually the GCMS notes will be released, just that it will take time.

If you want them faster, place a new request, but submit it with CBSA.

A question on a similar note. In the GCMS notes we obtain from CBSA, if the security has already started, does that indirectly mean "Eligibility" is passed ?
