At this stage some applicants also receive a request to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) if it has not been paid upfront. If an applicant receives a request for the RPRF fee then it usually means that eligibility is recommended passed or passed.

I don't get on with my manager at all and the only reason I am stuck with this job is because of the immigration process. I am worried that If I quit, my manager might deny my work experience if people from IRCC call.

It's only recommended pass for now, it hasn't been passed by an officer. Only when it says ** Officer Review ** the eligibility is conclusively passed. I just wanted to know how likely it is that the officer might have them call my place of work. I would love to hand my resignation to my company and just move on with my life. My manager semi-seriously jokes about how my future is in his hands now and that he might reject my work experience if anyone calls. It's clearly taking a toll on my mental health.But your eligibility is passed
Currently there are rampant delays. Also, if you are an outland applicant, then IRCC is not processing many outland files.
