However, can we redo medicals for me and my wife upfront? Is it ok? Medicine should be valid for 1 year since then, right?
This is important in order not to get x-rayed later.

Yes, you can re-do the medicals and submit the medical upfront sheet to IRCC via webform.

However, in most cases if your initial medical assessment was "M1 - No public health risk or danger, no public safety danger and no excessive demand," IRCC will most likely extend your medicals which would save you money on getting a re-med if not expressly asked.

If you want to get a re-med, there is nothing wrong in it either and is entirely your choice.

Hi Manob, where do you see the above information (SS initiated etc.)? Is it in GCMS notes? I have ordered both GCMS and CBSA notes. Please suggest where to look for these details.

I am confused as there are 2 options: of online submission and written request. in the end they have given details for fax as well.. so what exactly is the procedure. I will be grateful if you can highlight the steps pls.

Here are the general instructions for requesting an ATIP https://bit.ly/34KNSLI. Make sure your brother selects Access to Information Act and CBSA as the govt agency. The entire process can be done online, no need for a fax. If you get stuck anywhere feel free to circle back.

Follow the following steps:

1. Log on to https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do?lang=en
2. Enter the details of the requestor, who is your brother and select the agency from which you wish to request info (CBSA)
3. Enter the details of the person for whom the request is being made, i.e. you and upload the consent form
4. Make sure you select Access to Information Act.
5. Submit the request.

That is all.

There can be administrative delays but your application will continue processing even with outstanding criminality.

Its required, you will not be able to obtain the information without it.

Thanks for the response. So this looks like for my spouse who is in India as created by New Delhi office, would that mean my meds may have been extended, as I don't see any other update like this ?

I reached to the payment step and once I made the payment, it did not get approved and response code messgae is "Invalid Pan". Please note that I am applying from KSA and using my brother's credit card who is in Canada. Is it somehow linked or traced with my IP address and not going through? Pls advice
