1) can't say with surety for NEPAL but for Islamabad one can track its application until medical results were sent to Delhi..... and u then u lost ur track coz u don't know when Delhi office will send ur medical results back to ur country's High commission.
2) u can track ur medical results by checking with the medical centre (where u gave ur medical exam); they will give u a courier service (DHL etc) tracking no.
3) Can't say about anyone chances of getting Visa, but hope for the best..
4) processing time is different from country to country (and also from case to case) ... check CIC website for a rough idea.

if u have given the email address of ur consultant in the form IMM1294E then ur consultant will receive it....
If ur consultant have filled up your form on your behalf, he must have given his email.... In this case u have to keep contacting with him

1) Yes for Police Cert. (u have to submit the original)
2) For Forms : a) IMM1294E b) IMM5257B_1 c) IMM5645E
for docs checklist: garry's visa drop box / TCS Visatronix services have a slight different list (compared to CHC ISL website list)... take it from their office to manage ur docs. (the visible change is the submission of original educational documents with photocopies are made compulsory)
3) original Passport submission is compulsory
4) Fees: u have to submit all applying members fees along with the principal applicant.... for correct(with bank charges) amount check standard chartered bank

u can show Original NIC instead....
Call IOM as well for other docs.
