ALHAMDULILLAH GOT VISA IN 3RD ATTEMPT
Dear Friends,
I got 2 Visa refusals for January 2016 Intake (both paper based) and was very sad about 2 refusals.
Reason for both refusals was :- Other Reasons : (Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans)
I Suggest you all never get disappointed for visa rejections if you feel your file is strong enough for approval, keep trying, I GOT MY VISIA APPROVED IN 3rd ATTEMPT
What Significant Changes I did in 3rd attempt :
1.) Took Deferral for Next intake (MAY 2016)
2.) Applied CAIPS Notes ( GOT REASON THAT 11 Backlogs is the reason)
3.) Sat for IELTS as previously I didn't do. (IELTS EXEMPTED BY UNIVERSITY)
4.) Took 2 Recommendation letters from My B.tech Professors.
5.) Made a very very very strong SOP explaining each and every concerns mentioned in CAIPS.
In CAIPS they only mentioned about 11 Backlogs but for complimentary reasons I wrote IELTS
Actually I had only 8 backlogs and was absent for 3 exams which was marked F (FAILED) in memo, I explained VO that as I was absent for 3 exams my total backlogs will be 11-3 =8 and also explained I am good in academics as I was topper of my College in 12th Exams with Merit certificate attached. Explained about significance of work experience and my certification with proposed study and my future plans. Finally VO got convinced

Submitted Online Visa Application : 08th January 2016 (Friday)
Got Original Passport Request in MyCIC Account : 12th January 2016 (Tuesday)
Submitted Passport to Hyderabad VFS, India : 12th January 2016 (Tuesday)
Got Approval Mail in MyCIC Account : 14th January 2016 (Thursday)
Received my Passport with Visa Stamped : 18th January 2016 (Monday)
