Alhamdolellah.... Study permit approved, LONDON CHC... With a technical question

Dear all forum members,
Thank you for all of your advice, although I never knew about this forum until after submitting, but your posts made me a better man in some way

My question/issue is about my daughter's visa. She a baby, 1.5 years old, and a US citizen. When I did my application questionnaire, I was asked about other memebers that will travel with me, and of course I answered that she's a baby, still doesn't need a study permit and a US citizen. The wizard concluded that I need to apply for her with me, which was strange, as I know that US citizens are TRV expemted. Filled her application and submitted it with mine and her mother's. My wife and I got pasport requests yesterday and she didn't. Will she be granted a TRV in the airport and for how long?

Your advise is appreciated.

Congratulations! You can finally taste the fruits of your hard labor... I'm happy for you and your family. If US citizens are visa exempted for TRVs then I think your child will just have the immigration stamps upon arrival in Montreal... But better call the Canadian or US Embassy in London for the facts...

Thanks DocRZ, inshallah you taste the same fruits of success soon. I sent a case specific inquiry to London CHC, and I believe you're right, she should receive one at the POE. What worries me if she is only granted 6 months.
