They're all basically equivalent; these diplomas are a dime a dozen. You're free to choose whichever one you want based on price, location, amenities, reviews, etc., all of which you can easily research yourself online.
Check for difference between for fees between college and university for same course.
As stated, they are equivalent.
You may go ahead with either.

Try to find a better program and institute. You are mostly likely to get refused for Project Management PGD.
Brother I'm unable to find any program, can you help me? There is only 1 program relevant and it is of 1 year. Mostly programs were for fall intake which are not available for January 2021.

Then do not apply for January 2021. Go for Fall 2021 instead. I've seen so many Project Management refusals on this forum including mine, twice about 8/9 years ago.
I have almost wasted 1 year due to corona, I graduated in December 2019, almost 2020 you can say, and I don't want to waste one more year program name in Lambton college is a bit different "Advanced Project Management & Strategic Leadership". I'm so confused and depressed and don't want to waste a year.
