No need to apologize brother. I am myself sceptical of them changing policies at will. I am pre-2008 PR applicant (applied in 2005) who recently got slashed. Any of these nice things, be it PGWP or PR, is a privilege not a right. One should be ready for any change in policy. Can be even drastic increase in tuition fees.

I understand that the tempo is misrepresented the information, but actually the readers are looking information to the extent which is limited to their case. I write it after reading the first few paragraphs and forwarded it to expert to provide insight and in mean time to send alert forum users created this discussion thread.
