Dear Reader,
I am an Ontario graduate and working for a Alberta Tech Company from Ontario (WFH). Can someone help whether I am eligible to apply for Tech pathway program? I got my job offer in Nov 2022 stating that I am working remotely from Ontario address and I am working from home in Ontario since 1year. Can I use that Job Offer as Alberta Job Offer?

No, you need to be living and working in Alberta. Also both your NOC and employer need to be eligible.
