Hello mates,
Could you please enlighten me on the Alberta PNP? Does it need job offer? Also, for the EE stream, do we apply for it or they themselves select from EE profiles?

You need either job offer letter,experience in alberta or siblings in alberta.

They will select you from the EE pool according to your eligibility.

Wrong. You do not need a job offer or a connection to Alberta. Although having these will increase your chances of being selected.
You second point is correct. You will be selected from the pool.
