Alberta PNP /AOS ..for spouse on work permit

Hi experts

I have two queries regarding Alberta PNP :

1: If I am on spouse visa and worked 12 months in long Haul trucking. Will I be eligible for AOS/PNP , irrespective of my work experience back in home country, where my Noc Code is A and education is masters ?

2. While on Work permit in Alberta, Is it mandatory that, we have to choose a job which is only related to our 1 year PG dip course completed in Alberta? Or it can be any job in NOC 0, A, B ?

Kindly shed some light on this.
