A friend of mine was recently asked to submit additional docs in support of work reference. She submitted ID card, some payslips & some training certificates. After few days she received procedural fairness request. It says candidate has not satisfied that she has 12months continuous full time work experience or have provided false/incomplete information. They have asked to respond to this claim.
Guys, please advise what to do. We only noticed the breakdown on the payslips was wrongly calculated by finance team i guess but every other thing looks fine. Please advise to avoid getting a band. Thanks in advance.
