Alberta nomination of Noc 1111

please I need more clarification on NOC to choose. I have BSc accounting and Advanced diploma in accounting and business (ACCA) and 2 papers left to qualify for ACCA. Pls should I choose NOC 1111 or NOC 1311 .Since i am not yet chartered as required for NOC 1111. my job duties is also related to both NOC.kindly advised

Does anyone know if Alberta only takes Primary NOC into consideration when distributing invitations?
My primary NOC is Mechanical Engineer, which is not in demand in Alberta, but my second NOC, Engineering Inspector, is in demand. Any chance of being considered by them?
