Hi everyone. I have a question from a colleague who is interested in the AINP EE Stream.

1. For Alberta, must your Alberta job experience NOC be the same as the primary NOC from home country?

2.Who provides the NAICS number? The employer? and must it also match the NOC for Alberta experience?

Hello,
As per your post i give you some information see below and follow step by step..

1st :- In the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) under the Express Entry (EE) Stream, it is not mandatory for your Alberta job experience NOC (National Occupational Classification) to be the same as the primary NOC from your home country. The AINP recognizes that individuals may have gained work experience in different occupations. However, it is important to note that having work experience in an occupation that is in-demand in Alberta can increase your chances of being nominated by the AINP.

2nd :- The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) number is a system used to classify businesses and industries. In the context of AINP, the NAICS number is usually provided by the employer. It helps to identify the specific industry or sector in which the job is located. While the NAICS number can be different from the NOC code, it is generally beneficial if there is a correlation between the two. Having an Alberta job experience with a NAICS number that aligns with the NOC for which you are applying can strengthen your application and demonstrate relevant work experience in the province.

** It's important to consult the official AINP guidelines and resources or consider seeking professional immigration advice to ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding the specific requirements and processes for the AINP EE Stream. **

Thank you so much! One more question for you or anyone in the process.. How long do nominations usually take for in-demand occupations?

Hello,

The length of time it takes for nominations in in-demand occupations can vary depending on several factors, including the specific immigration program, the jurisdiction or country where the nomination is being sought, and the processing times of the relevant immigration authorities.

In some cases, the nomination process for in-demand occupations can be relatively quick, with nominations being processed within a few weeks or months. However, in other cases, it may take longer, especially if there is a high demand for nominations or if there are backlogs in processing applications.

It's important to consult the official immigration websites or contact the relevant immigration authorities in the specific jurisdiction to get accurate and up-to-date information on the processing times for nominations in in-demand occupations. These authorities will have the most accurate information regarding the current processing times and any specific requirements or criteria for the nomination process. MyAARPMedicare providers
