Alberta INP - FAMILY STREAM

hello everybody.
I have checked my eligiblity status from alberta website, both me and my sister, who lives in edmonton, are eligible for this program. but my sister is planning to move to british colombia after application and i will be there as an international student. does it create problem? is there any obligation to stay at alberta until the process end.

You should ask the AINP but I find it likely that they require the sponsor to stay in the province until you land as a PR.
