I have been working as an IT Consultant on H1B for the last 3 years. I applied for Canadian PR in Jan 2009 and got a letter saying that since my skill is not under Ministerial occupation, they cannot process my application. I really like Canada and would like to move there.
Would it be advisable to apply under fast track program in Alberta. Would my submission of earlier application put an adverse effect on my fast track application. Please advise.
