what if the sending city is on strike?

Yeah but isn't Toronto going on strike? I believe that is what hubby told me.
They say that 60% of the mail gets processed through Toronto.

You are right my mails were delivered today in Toronto........hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Well to be more specific. I think if it is around your local area that you expecting mail from and your post office in your area isn't on strike then I am sure it is safe to say you will still get mail. But on the other hand, if you are expecting international mail, then this is where you will see the most impact. If the initial post that mail arrives to isn't running then it can't get to the local offices.

As of right now Alberta is not on strike, they are doing it in rotation, first Winnipeg, then Hamilton, now Montreal, and who knows where next.....

Well most places are only going on 24 hour strikes luckily.
The next places to hold a 24 hour strike is Victoria and Moncton starting today.

They are now considering a nation wide strike...
