I have a question regarding Alberta Ainp. Is Alberta still issuing nominations to offshore candidate. I am living in Australia, and I have applied for Alberta(1311 Noc). I heard from my friend that Alberta is merely issuing noi to those who are currently in Alberta. Please let me know .
