This is from the AAIP website (https://www.alberta.ca/aaip-processing-times-and-inventory.aspx):

The AAIP has a high volume of applications and Alberta Express Entry submissions in the following occupations. These submissions may take longer to process.

  • 6311 – Food service supervisors
  • 6211 – Retail sales supervisors
  • 1241 – Administrative assistants
  • 6322 – Cooks
  • 1221 – Administrative officers
  • 4214 – Early childhood educators and assistants
  • 7511 – Transport truck drivers
  • 0631 – Restaurant and food service managers
  • 4011 – University professors and lecturers
  • 1311 – Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
If you applied under one of these NOCs (like me: 4011), your processing time is gonna be longer!

I have applied under 4214 and still waiting for NOI.

Anyone submitted in December seeing any progress on their application?
From studying the information available on page 154, any one who creates EE it takes avg. of 75 days to get NOI for outlanders. Fingers crossed you get your NOI in March. As per the information on page 155 any one inland and has family ties in AB are getting NOI's pretty soon.

That’s awesome! Really appreciate the information. Would you mind sharing the link to the page you’re referring to? I’ve been trying to get information on the processing of NOI’S in Alberta but couldn’t find anything.

Thanks

Hi, page numbers I am referring to is from the same AINP thread (Alberta AINP new portal - 2021). same page and previous page

Can I ask about the wage for AINP? Does AINP require a low starting wage or median wage? Based on ALIS and Job Bank, the starting wage is usually 1.5 to 2 times lower than the median wage.
