Can anybody help me? I just received additional information requested and they are asking for payslips of year 2021. For January and February I was working for my previous employer and they did not provide any slips. But i have all the remaining slips from March with my current employer. What should I do for January and February slips? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

Glad to hear there's been movement on your application.

Did your past employer deposit your salary directly into your bank account? If so, I suggest showing your statements with the deposits highlighted.

Yes they did. But can I just say that i don't hold the payslips?

If the employer doesn't issue you payslip records then there's nothing you can do about it, really.

You can also show your tax document which will further corroborate the fact you earned income in those two months. Not sure how it works where you're at but in the US all income sources (employer names) are listed on the earnings statement in the tax return.

It doesn't work in India unfortunately.

If I get married after I have submitted my express entry profile. Do it affect my alberta nomination certificate or I only need to update my information in express entry?

Simply update your profile and gather all the necessary documents.

Hi guys,

I have been an AINP candidate since Aug 2021 under NOC 4011 (Postdoc; graduated from Uni. of Alberta; no NOI yet), however, all my responsibilities match NOC 2221 Biological technologists and technicians. Do you think I should switch to NOC 2221 and be eligible for the New AINP Tech Pathway as well? :D

Regards,

Posting for reference the things my previous employer was asked for in the employment reference check:

- All job titles held at the company
- Exact start and end dates
- Hours worked per week
- Shift worked
- Physical address of the employer
- Main job duties
- Titles of any employers supervised by the applicant
Are you inland or outland?

They might have requested information from your employer. Check with them. Also check your spam folders too

Hi guys,

I just received the NOI from Alberta.
The thing is, when I created my profile on EE the system automatically counted 1 year of work experience at the beginning of January, however, I will complete this 1 year only on February 22.
So, my question is: Can I go ahead (accept the NOI and submit the application) even though I haven't completed 1 year yet, that is, submit it before February 22?
What should I do?

Tks,
