Hello,

One of my reference letters from a previous job is not on the company paper as they do not have it, but it has all the details, signature and stamp. Could it be a problem?

The letters must be printed on the company letterhead which includes company's address, telephone, and email (if applicable). Can't you rewrite the letter and manually add these in a letterhead form then have the company sign it?

Just a quick question
HJow many months do we need to show proof of funds

AINP doesn't assess your funds; that will be done by IRCC when you apply for PR in EE. Thus AINP won't ask you to show POF.

I added all the data at the top of the letter (address, name, e-mail, contact, etc.), but the paper is a normal white one that does not contain logo or design, at the end of the letter it is signed and stamped.

Well you basically printed the letter on a company letterhead that doesn't have a logo which is fine. It should be acceptable.

Hi, what are the chances of an outlander with no connection to Alberta receiving a NOI ( NOC 2262 and CRS 441)? I'll really appreciate your thoughts. Thank you.

Hey did you receive request for additional information?

Does anyone know if AINP officers reach out to your employers - do all of them need to respond? Or is the current employer enough? Some of my previous employers no longer operate or was acquired by a different business and my managers had resigned.

Answer: No, as long as you can provide an explanation as to the possible reason why and/or provide proof.

(I know I'm answering my own question but I figured this might help others)

Thanks. So what did you answer for this question "Professional regulatory organization with whom you are registered, certified, or licensed:" in the application.

I answered that I'm not part of any organization

Hello guys,

Need your help again. After submission of documents requested, my brother got another request today and we are not really clear on how to address this request. This is the request for documents we received from AINP officer:

- Employment contract

· Work-related photographs (must clearly show company logo/name and candidate)

· Employee ID

· Sworn declarations from previous colleagues/supervisors/managers with copies of their ID

· Records of employment i.e. promotion letters, etc.

Now the issue is we dont have work photographs with “logo” of the company. Nor we does my brother have an Employee ID since the company he worked at was quite small. Can anyone help with giving me suggestions on how to address this? And what extra documents we can provide to prove legitimacy of work experience?? This is for NOC 2133 and the employer is located in Pakistan.

Good morning,
My own little advice.
Employment contract - Provide your offer letter as well as the acceptance letter of resignation if you had resign there.
Employee ID - Get the company to help you with that. Also, try get your pay slip or bank statement showing inflow of salary.

I mailed them too.....there reply was simple ....they just replied that your occupation is regulated in alberta...but you dont need any license/certificate to apply for ainp....so i will just upload an explanation letter
So all I need to write is I am aware that I need to take a licence when I reach Canada and will do so upon my arrival. Is that correct?

Hello everyone,
I have a query. When AINP official sends the email to the employer for verification, in the column for duties can they simply rewrite the responsibilities which are written in reference letter or are they suppose to explain and elaborate them.
