Hi,
A couple of questions. Reference letter should be signed by the employer or HR? How do they contact the employer (email or phone) and what do they generally ask from them?
They usually contact by email. Usually ask for recent payslips, hours working per week, job start date end date or still employed, job duties, job title.Sometimes about other employees, any vacation taken.
Guys, having 24 months of experience in last 30 months is a condition for Alberta opportunity stream only? Or does it apply to general express entry profiles as well?
That’s right, you don’t need 24 months of work experience for Alberta express entry. You only need to have an active express entry profile in the federal pool with a minimum CRS score of 300.
Hello please I need help. I just created my profile in May and I selected on Alberta as preferred province to settle.

NOC is 2175

Occupation helps Alberta’s economy but I am still waiting.
I am not sure how long it takes from when one creates a profile to when you receive NOI. Can anyone give an estimate? Any advice is welcome . Please and thank you

You need to wait and pray that they select your profile. There is no fixed criteria offered by AINP.
Congrates:: What option did you choose in the EE profile when it asks about LMIA??
Hi what option did you choose when it asks you LMIA in EE profile??
If your employer has a positive LMIA for the job offered, then put ‘yes’ in EE profile, and if not, then put ‘no’. But it’s not gonna make any difference because having a positive LMIA is not a requirement for Alberta express entry. And mine was without LMIA too.
