Hi everyone,
I've received the email for additional documents. So, the past year due to corona there was financial crunch in my organization so we were paid unregularly in cash. Things have streamlimed this year and now they are back to paying us in our bank account. I have the salary slips for the past year as well as my tax form.

So, my query is will there be an issue in case I do not submit my bank statements as I will be submitting pay stubs and tax form. I am wondering if they may ask for bank statement later on, will it cause an issue as to why I've been paid in the account only for the last few months and not the whole year?

Should I explain the whole thing now in a letter of explanation or wait in case they ask for bank statement?

I think you can call them ; and your employer should know program officer’s name/phone number/email address. So, by that you can reach to program officer for any update for your application!

Most of candidates got their nomination on the same date or second day or else they can ask for additional information from employer or you but normally after that it is taking only 2-3 days max.(source: other candidates’ timeline posted here)

I read there was another PNP draw, so you receive an email within 24 hours after the draw. You can submit your application, just write an LOE if you're outside of Canada.

What do you mean? what should I do for NOI? i don't know what to do next I am waiting for the next AINP draw.

I created my profile allegedly before a couple of hours to the new AINP draw, but I didn't receive NOI despite having a brother in Alberta and a valid job offer from Alberta. Is there any time frame set for profile maturity or tie-breaker rule applies to PNP applications as well?

Sorry, I totally forgot what I read about the AINP streams. The opportunity stream is meant for inland applicants who have a valid job offer. I assumed you were, but then I re-read your comment and you said that you created your profile hours before the AINP draw. That could be the reason why you didn't receive an NOI yet from Alberta (the system may still have been processing your profile). The tie-breaking rule applies to applicants if there is more than one that has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.

I would suggest to have everything ready. If the AINP officer doesn't ask for the bank statements, IRCC might. If you're more than capable of explaining your situation, I would suggest that you do.

Its through email. They will contact the person you provided in your reference letter and in your online application form. For me they only contacted my current employer maybe because ive been working there for the past 6 years. After my manager replied, the next day I received the nomination. Check your spam too. The email might went there. Or ask your employer to check his/her spam folder.

Yes so my status changed to “Assigned for assessment” yesterday-27 October early in the morning and my employer got the email in the evening for the verification. Program officer didn’t call but just sent the email to my that employer that I listed in the application form.
