Outside Canada so I guess LMIA us the only way forward but I'm not sure the employer wants to do it

Is NOC 1241 LMIA exempt? I'm thinking not.

NOC 1241 is not LMIA exempt. LMIA exempt is not always based on NOC code. It could be based on the type of work permit program, country of origin of the applicant, or the person or spouse status in Canada.

I received a NOI from Alberta on 2 Mar. I've submitted by documents online, paid the fees and was assigned a file number, Fingers crossed and praying for a positive outcome.

I choose Alberta and Manitoba should that be a problem or should I just choose alberta
