sorry. My good friend, I am not in a position to answer this.
No, I was not added to the email. My employer told me that he received the second email. That's how he realized that he missed the first one. Atleast, he was apologetic about it since I had told him days ago that he may receive an email for verification.Hey! Have you been copied in the reminder sent to your employer on November 16th? A friend of mine is going through the same cause her employer didnt find the e-mail and she wanted to know if she will be included in the reminder.
I had the same issue, left the previous job 7 years ago and needed a letter, but most employees had left the company and it was also sold to another company, I approached my previous manager and got him to give me a reference and attached a LOE to AINP stating the reason why I cannot get a reference letter on a letter head of the previous company, I also attached all my contract details of the previous company as proof that I was working there, luckily I had kept all those documents for over 7 years now I got my nomination within 1 month of submitting it and AINP did not even contact my previous boss. So good luck to you.Hi new to this forum.
I applied for AINP 1 week ago, I want to know if my old reference will work? my manager resigns from the position, I email my HR they didn't respond but my co-worker respond to me saying it's not possible to issue now it goes against company policy. Will this going to affect my case? I attached all the relevant documents. It's 2 years past work experience only claiming points for that only.
I had in my case I had the reference letter prior to leaving the country where i was working i asked my manager to issue me a letter which he did. It's been 2 years now he left the job, i send emails to HR but they didn't respond, again i email the duty manager operations who was a colleague and my supervisor. He did reply saying it's not company policy to issue another letter especially to former employees who have left the job as well as the country of work. I attach old reference letter and these email conversations along with a detailed LOE.I had the same issue, left the previous job 7 years ago and needed a letter, but most employees had left the company and it was also sold to another company, I approached my previous manager and got him to give me a reference and attached a LOE to AINP stating the reason why I cannot get a reference letter on a letter head of the previous company, I also attached all my contract details of the previous company as proof that I was working there, luckily I had kept all those documents for over 7 years now I got my nomination within 1 month of submitting it and AINP did not even contact my previous boss. Yes in my case it worked and they never even contacted my previous employer, so mostly they check the current company only, again this could change if you are less than 3 years in the current company. In my case I am working 6 years for the present company so they would not have in any case contacted the previous company. What do you think will this work? I attached all the documents starting from Job offer email which was the first contact by the company along with the job offer letter then my acceptance email and offer letter, employment contract, Increment letter, we had digital HR software for leaves we had to apply there for any vacation or any sick leaves and the system generates electronic email i attached those, Payslips, bank statements and non-renewal of contract. From my side, i tried to attach all possible data in chronological order as it happened. Do you think will this work?
