Alberta AINP March 2019 NOI Notification of Interest

I created an Express Entry profile few days ago , finally) My overall score is 422 and NOC is 1241. Do I have any chances to get a NOI from Alberta with working experience 1 year and 10 months? Thank you

looking at the below job profile could you please help me to understand under which NOC code should i select between 1221 and 1241 which could make my profile stronger and considered for any PNP programe.
1. Develop project plan and oversee from conception and planning to implementation, including accountability, strategies, processes and resources
2. Co-ordinate activities and tasks among internal departments (Editorial, Quality Assurance & Softward Engineering services), client and vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet project goals and ensure project completion is on schedule, within budget constraints, and of the appropriate quality standards for the project scope
3. Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software
4. Create accurate quotes and assist in budgetary controls, and place accurate timeline to deliver the projects.

Hi, you should look at the NOC description and choose which one matches yours better. At least 60% of your duties must match.
after looking at the NOC i choosed this two codes which was matching closely but i wanted to know which is the most demanding one between this two codes so that my profile can be preffered and nominated at the earliest.
