Guys,

I received file number today. In how many days will they contact my employers ?? I worked in 3 different organizations.

Hi ,

Can anyone say what additional documents would AINP ask forregarding work history? I just received file number so I want to gather now itself. Thank you

Hi Guys,

Here comes the good news for me. Got nomination letter today. Please find the updated timeline in my signature.

They tried to contact my employer three times on different -2 days but my employer never responded to their call. Today they call me and asked for alternate number of anyone from my company who can verify my employment. I provided the new contact details of someone and after one hour I got the nomination.

I am sure Alberta is giving to nomination everyone to whomever they have sent NOI. So just sit tight and I wish you best of luck you all. Thanks for keeping the moral high :)
Congrats !!! Can you please confirm what was your CRS when you got NOI from Alberta for 2171?

NOC 6311
APPLICATION SUBMITTED for ainp under AOS oct 10
FILE NUMBER received november 15.
Does anyone have any info of ainp processing time regarding this noc? I have read on a thread that people have been waiting for almost a year with this noc to receive nomination.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi all,

I am from India and worked for cash, fell below tax slab so income tax return filed. I don't have any supporting documents for that. How can I explain this to AINP when they ask for additional proofs?? Will my nomination be rejected if I fail to submit additional documents??

They just need reference letter from company in which you have worked. If you can get in writing from them you have worked for cash salary and this much money you have taken. It is okay. Better if you can arrange salary certificate signed by your employer as it adds solidity in case ,some attendance register photocopies can also be provided . I am also on same boat as yours fortunately I have some supporting documents

Hi,

I did not mention in my reference letter that I have been paid cash. But, i dont think my employer will provide me any salary certificate and unfortunately I dont have any attendance register photocopies as well. I am worried now

They also ask for an employment contract, but it is optional. Fortunately, my partner has it in English. I hope it is a rather strong proof.

Hopefully it will work, in case it didn't make sure you can arrange some kind of documents in support of your case because may be due to lack of supporting documents they can ask for more proofs

Does Alberta issue nominations on every Thursday and Friday. Based on recent trends it seems they issue nominations on these days. Please advise, is this assumption correct?
