My current score is 388. My WES results having equivalency to Canada's Masters degree will expire in early next year. Which option should I select that can get me an ITA from any province which is currently sending out invitations? I have been trying my luck for almost five years...Plz plz guide and help whoever is reading my post...

If you want a higher chances of NOI, retake your IELTS so your score will boost to 400+ because provinces usually invite with those high CRS..try also the New Brunswick job fair and info sessions which they conduct Internationally to different countries, submit EOI to Prince Edward Island, try Morden, Manitoba also...there are lots of way to possibly get ITA..and your ECA has good result also, is it from IQAS? I suggest that really again for ECA also so you won't have problem anymore once your invitation will come..

I am 28, working with TD Insurance thru Kelly services in Toronto - started off with 6 months contract and got extension for another 6 months. Got the NOC code 1221 ( a letter from my employer for that as well). I have previous 2 yrs experience in India as a recruiter (NOC 1223).

I came to canada Jan 2018 as a student finished my 1 yr course in Aug 2018. I have scored L9 S8 R8 W6.5 and married now. We have created profile on April 18 2019 with CRS score on 430.

When making profile i mentioned i am open for any province. Just want to know if I might get any NOI from any province or it depends what the province wants ? If i will get, what is the usual timeline to receive an NOI.

Yes, with 7 in Writing the score will go up with 45 points. So give ielts again, u will get ITA automatically without any NOI or PNP

regarding postmarked issue, I sent my document through DHL and my airway bill clearly indicate the shipment receive date, i am not sure whether ALBERTA will be able to see that, do DHL mention that on the delivered package.
How they will confirm whether the package was delivered within the 30 days?
Do DHL mention airway bill number on the delivered package.

being little impatient here, its over a month now since file number has been generated and feeling little disappointed, Just want to know if anyone has an idea of how long it could take for AINPEES to make a decision. Should I keep the hope or just let it go.

there is no point in giving up hope. Even if you are not considered, you will get a formal reply from them informing you about the outcome.
No response means that your file is still under review, so all the reasons to be hopeful.
