So you are not eligible for Alberta Tech pathway. You don’t have an Alberta job offer. As per AINP:is for an Alberta employer whose primary business activities belong to the Alberta tech industry.

This has nothing to do with where you pay taxes or live, but employer must have an office and be based in Alberta. That is the whole point of the pathway, for Alberta businesses to hire talent. You would be looking at OINP.

I can only tell you that i also used to work from home in alberta before without office location and my consultant said i am not eligible so i had to find office location job in alberta. Hope it helps

I submitted my AAIP tech EOI in first week of Feb after 10 days received the mail declining my interest with reason being i need to have an Express entry profile with CRS 300 although I have an active EE Profile with validity until Jan 2025 and CRS above 350. Anyone with the same situation and how do i deal with this?

Yes mine was declined with same reason so my agent sent them email . I am not sure which email he used.
