aitp request 32 days and waiting

I have email them inquiring about my request but no response. I thought they had to send it to me within 30 days? I chose the email option. Anything else I can do?

acknowledgement email u received when u applied for gcms has the email contact

Email the same address you sent your request too,
That's what I did when ours was late,
I attached a copy of the receipt proving we paid and explained that it had been over the 30 days.
They emailed me back the same day and notified me that they had sent my notes on a CD via regular mail instead of to my email and that it would take 1-2 weeks longer to arrive.
I got them in the mail around the 45 day mark.

i did what you guys suggested. i emailed both addresses and no reply. is there a number i can call?
