Hey,

Does family class COPR person(first time landing to canada) Immigrant visa on passport require airport transit visa at AMS schiphol airport in stopover of 8hrs?

Nationality: Pakistani
Visa: Immigrant
CoPR form

Your response will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.

No you dont require transit visa if you hold a permanent residents
But you wont be able to leave the airport, you will have to stay in the transit area

TWOV (Transit Without Visa):
Nationals of Pakistan, holding onward tickets transiting by the same or first connecting aircraft **AND** meeting one of the following conditions:
holding a Residence Permit issued by Canada.

thank u essam :)
but we haven't received PR card as it's our first landing to Canada. We only have valid immigrant visa of Canada having CoPR form, is it enough to exempt us from airport transit visa?

You are exempted from the airport transit visa requirement if you hold a valid visa from an EU country, Canada, Japan or the United States of America
