AIPP OR PNP from pei?

I m international student. Completed study in Ontario with diploma. Now i m on pgwp up to march 2022.
If i move pei after one year job experience with B category ,
Which is best route for PR process AIPP or PEI PNP EE or PEI PNP( other category)??
