AIPP - Newfoundland

Hey guys,
I'm posting here as there is no AIPP as a separate category.
I came to Canada as a student and after my course found a full time job. I am working on implied status as my PGWP is still in process. I decided to apply for a PR through AIPP but my organisation is not listed in the designated employee list. What options do I have at this point?
Please give me your valuable insight..
