AIPP leave job and province.

I had found an employer with LMIA who helped me get my pr under the AIPP. But since I have started working here.
I don't like my job. My question is can I leave my current job and also the province.
I am willing to stay in the province if I find another job. But my main goal is to quit my current job since I hate it. Also if my employer complains to the province what action will they take.

I found employer on kijiji
