Hello, we are on AIPP and my husband is a main applicant. Our status as following:
21 Oct19: we and 2 kids took medical examines at IOM
4 Nov19: my husband had his lung tested again at the hospital as requested.
10 Dec19: apply visa and biometrics for whole family.
31 Dec 19: PR application submitted (this date shown in IRCC account)
8 Jan20 : my husband and I did biometrics for PR.
16 Jan20: received Invitation Pre_arrival services letter.
30 Jan20 he had a lung checked once more at IOM.
14 Feb20: got AOR
Can anyone give me some ideas if you know?
- Why hasn't item 'medical result' changed for 2,5 months since his last check (30 Jan20)?
- And even there aren't any items changed in application tracking. Why?
Our completed time for progess is 25 May20
Hope to hear from you.

Hi, what does GCMS mean?
GCMS is an internal IRCC term to refer to their case database (Global Case Management System). Some members just use the term "GCMS" or "GCMS notes" here. It's one of my pet peeves on this forum, like "ghost update" or "outland", but anyway.

What they're referring to are the officer's case notes on your application, using the Access to Information and Privacy Act.
