Hi there,
If we start our online studies before we get AIP, as we know currently AIP’s are taking longer than expected. So in That case if the AiP come ‘s after we have started the course and unfortunately we failed for the 1st stage approval? Then we will get our tuition fees back right?

That depends on the institute. Ask them for the refund policy.

Think logically, if you own a shop and someone buys a packet of lays opens it and eats few chips.
Later his dentist calls him and recommends him not to eat chips as it will be harmful for his teeths.
Then he returns you your lays packet and says to refund.
Will you refund?
But here, tge dentist and shopkeeper is same , lellzzz

You should discuss this issue with your institution; each has its own refund policy.

Some of the DLI have agreed to give full refund incase of 2nd stage refusal.

Like @ohbruh said, contact your DLI to find about stage 2 refusal refund.

That is the irrational correlation. But okay funny.

nope shopkeeper is College/University and dentist is IRCC.
But dentist has said that you can start eating before the treatment but I will confirm with the shopkeeper if it will be harmful for my teeth or not.
Thanks for the info though.

Can you provide lists of colleges that provide full refund in case of 2nd stage refusal.

My college is Cambrian and i already mailed them about refund policy but got no response at all.

My friend who applied for Lambton college informed me that his college would give a full refund. And there are few threads here where you would find this information. I'm sorry I don't have the list with me. Also, it's unfortunate that your college hasn't responded to your e-mail. All you can do is wait and get an update from college.
Also, people should stop worrying about refunds. If college refuses to refund money after 2nd stage refusal I'm sure they are gonna get sued big time. So, I'm sure they will come with a plan that benefits the students.
