Aip's are arriving from Canada and not where the case assigned? As in from Pakistan processing center is Abu Dhabi so even then Aip come from Edmonton?

SDS applications are first handled in Edmonton. After that they are sent back to designated VO.

I'm not sure about only Edmonton because in my AIP mail they have not written Anything like that
but there was one thing written like" Please note CPC-Mississauga does not process address changes/updates. "

Yes. May be soft stagre1 check.

Sigh, so seems like like i was not the only one who got stage 1 AIP in error. I got the same message that it was sent in error and my application is still in process.
