Yes i called them and they told me about my processing center

Let me tell you something if one has eligibility started on that same day your aip are. Made and then they send manually

I think it will depend upon the location of processing centres as my and my friends file is being processed from edmonton cpc.

Provided they let us know. Even my eligibility has started long ago. But no update otherwise.

Hello. As I know It is impossible to call IRRC from outside Canada. Can any friend or somebody call for me inside of Canada? Or the call should be personally by applicant?

You can call IRCC on their customer support number and their agent will tell you that from which processing centre your file is being processed
