AIP received but eligibility still under review?

We received the AIP already and today we just checked with our lawyer so they can check the status of the application and it’s saying that they are checking whether or not we meet the eligibility requirements. We still didn’t get the sponsor approval yet so this is kind of puzzling to me?

Your first and biggest mistake is only your lawyer has access to your portal lol, you should also have access to check it yourself. Lawyers aren’t always on par with everything and they sometimes will get your application messed up.
