AIP NOC 2016 or NOC 2021 Question

Hi guys,

any help would be much appreciated!
My friend is applying for AIP under International Graduate Program under food and beverage server title - NOC C/Teer 5. His job offer was from September but he got endorsement on Nov 23 which is after the NOC changed. The question is is he still eligible to apply for the program since the job offer was made before Nov 16 when noc changed. Or does he have to submit for PR before Nov 16?

If he had received nomination before November 16, he would used NOC 2016. Since it was after Nov 16, he uses the new TEER system so nothing to do with eligibility.

Actually he got the endorsement after Nov 16. so you are saying he doesn't have to worry about NOC or Teer?

No he uses 2021 system now. TEER 5 is not accepted for AIPP so not sure how he is eligible. Do you have a link that it is?
