i got in August. just wanted to check how many people got it from delhi high commision.

I had raised multiple webform to update my medical in my gc account. My medical were updated immediateky but Received a mail today as below-
Since your file is located at the Canadian visa office in New Delhi, India, we invite you to also contact them in order to:
Sds
Applied on 2 Dec along with Sowp and child trv.
Medical updated on 30 dec.
Biometrics for student - 16 dec
Biometrics for spouse- 27 jan
Eligibility in progress.
1. Does this mean my file is processed at Delhi office n I will recieve AIP or direct ppr request ?
2. Can anyone help with me contacting delhi visa office with agent/ representative?
