AIP - Confirmation on AOR and Next steps

Hello Everyone,

I applied for PR under AIP in June 2024, and I have received the following email in March 2025 from. This is the first official confirmation after almost 10 months.

1. Is this considered an AOR? There is no reference or application number assigned.
2. What are the next steps in the process?
3. How long should it take to complete the process?
