I just want to ask, Im only re applying my documents I just wondered what is the fastest way to apply...AINP or CEC, i got refused in CEC...and how long i will wait?...thank you.

You can have multiple applications at the same time, yes. That is possible.

Thank you...but i still need to ask again for another PC way back home then, another copy of IELTS...

Maybe someone who applied under PNP and CEC can chime in here?
I'm not sure if you need a second original copy of IELTS or whether maybe a simple photocopy is enough.
PCC I'm pretty sure has to be an original... But you can also ask whoever handles PNP applications in your province/territory
whether they require an original PCC, and call CIC hotline and check with them too.
