There is currently no estimated wait time for a file number. You will just have to be patient until they open your file for review, then they will send you your file #.
Just FYI, there is already a thread for pending AINP applications. You should check it out and post questions on there as a lot of us who are waiting for our nominations check it regularly and you'll find plenty of useful info.
