AINP SRS Post-Graduate Worker application on a 6-month contract, is it feasible?

Hi fellow applicants!

I have a PGWP and I just landed a 6-month contract job. I’m wondering if anyone has applied under this scenario and got their AINP certificate.

I’m concern about a 6-month contract not being enough to successfully be nominated by the province.

It would be very helpful for me if anyone can share their insights or previous experience being in a similar situation and what was the final outcome.

Thanks in advance.

It has to be a full time PERMANENT job to be considered eligible. Contract jobs are not counted or considered.

Hey Baanayaad!

Thanks for your time reading the post and replying, I really appreciate it.

I still have my doubts, because the AINP website does not mention anything about a job being full-time and permanent to be eligible for SRS Post-Graduate worker category. The only requirement is "to be working full-time"

Employer-Driven Stream (EDS) is the one that requires a full-time, permanent job to be eligible but I'm not applying for that stream.

If anyone else has comments or insights about this post, please reply.

Thank you.
