I submitted on jan 8 night, tracking number showed they got on friday 10th.
get the first acknowledgement email on Jan 17th same as you.
no file number yet.
it seems they process all the files together instead of first come first serve then..

how do you guys use the tracking no? I dont have this sort of things. tks

if you sent them by express, you would get a tracking number
