I am planing to land in canada this augest 3rd week.

Please give me suggestions about my questions:
1) I am planing to land in near Buffalo, NY Border on drive with my own car ( what are the required documents bring with me)
2) Landing in canada any where is okay are only alberta needs to land?
3) I came back to US again, i need to usw AVR rule ( needs any required documents )
4) I dont have any friends in Canada, please help me any one provide me the address using for PR card.

SIN CARD

Hi guys...Im new to this thread....The idea of starting this thread is great...

I did landing last year and got PR card.But at that point of time i did not apply for SIN card.Right now im in USA .I guess i can mail SIN application from USA,but im not sure whether they can post SIN card with all submitted supporting docments(they are asking original PR card to me mailed with sin application) back to me in USA.Do any body were in same situtation,please advice me what can be done,,,Thanks

Hello.

My husband works in Detroit. We are about to get our PPR soon. My husband's HIB Visa stamp has expired.

1. AVR Rule is okay to use to land and come back to US?
2. If my husband wants to live in Canada as PR and commute to work daily, does he need to wait for his PR card before he does that?
3. Does he need to get his H1B Stamping before he does that ?
4. What about SIN Card, health card etc? When should he apply for these ?
