Pre-Assessed..
I have a problem with regards to the forms and documents required from my Alberta Employer.

1. What is the Employer's valid Food Handling Permit? Can I send my co-worker's certification in Food Handling? Is that enough?

2. And we don't have Workers' Compensation Board (WCB)- Alberta in the Cafe' that I'm working, the reason my employer told me is that we are in a reserved area. What do you think am I going to tell the immigration about this?

Please I really need help. This are the only things I don't have with regards to my application for AINP. My employer is willing to nominate me.

Any insights or suggestions are highly appreciated. Thank you so much.

Hi Ms

The food handling permit that they asking for is the permit of the business and not of a person. So as a food business your employer should have a valid food handling permit. And as
per WCB, it is an option but you have to explain to them about the status.
